July 2025 – Etsy Store Income Report

July was a great month for me but I didn’t get much work done on my Etsy store. I got a few sales and did some customer service (the thing I hate the most about Etsy). Apparently, Canva decided to delete the template links on half of my listings so I had to go fix that. Luckily, my customers are very understanding. I think I did pretty well in regards to sales in July. Here is my July 2025 Etsy Store Income Report:

July 2025 Income Report

I didn’t quite make as much in July as I did in June but I still did very well. In July, I had 527 views, 13 orders, a conversion rate of 2.5% and $76.37 in revenue. The conversion rate was a bit lower in July, however, I made the exact same number of sales as I did in June. As far as revenue, I made about $10 less. It is probably from selling a couple products that make less profit.

July 2025 Etsy Income

I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. My listing fees for June were $18.63 and my advertising fees were $5.46.

July 2025 Etsy Advertising

Total Etsy Income for June 2025: $52.27

Previous Month’s Earnings

June: $56.37
May: $21.22
April: $34.45
March: $22.08

What Did I Do In July?

I didn’t do anything in July except for some customer service when Canva deleted some of my template links without warning. It was a quick fix and my customers were understanding.

Goals for August 2025

  • List the 4 guides/planners for sale that I’ve already made related to my store’s niche.
  • Create social media templates for a particular business to sell in my shop.

I already listed 2 new items in my shop in August and I have 4 more items that I still need to get listed. Then I would like to get some social media templates made to sell in my store. The hardest part is making the templates. They take a lot of time to make and they are all so similar that I get bored creating them. Once I get the social media templates made and listed in my shop, I can create product bundles to sell. For example, list 5 of my products together in one listing so the buyer gets a discount when buying them together. A competitor store in my same niche does this and it seems to be a big seller.

Overall, I’m very excited about the direction my Etsy store is heading. I still have a lot of work to do to reach my goals but I’m slowly getting there.
