Amazon Merch On Demand – 2025 Year In Review & A Look Ahead to 2026

I have mixed feelings about Amazon Merch On Demand for 2025. It was a year of a lot of changes. Amazon changed the way creators can get tiered up. Now creators have to sell at least 80% of their designs before they will get tiered up. At least that’s the rumor and it appears to be true. I am nowhere near 80% of my designs sold. November 2025 Income Report Welp. Sales tanked in November and December and I’m not sure why. I think I’ll do a shop audit next month and try to figure out why I’m not making very many sales. I have double the amount of listings as I did last year but less than half the number of sales. It’s depressing. In November, I had 300 views, 3 orders, a horribly meager conversion rate of just 1% and $17.23 in revenue. In November, I sold 109 books for a total of $339.58 in royalties. I published 0 books in November. I started the month with 62 books in my bookshelf and ended the month with 62 books. My bookshelf contains 44 coloring books, 3 log books, 13 scrapbook paper pads and 2 journals. I sold 14 coloring books (79), 7 scrapbook paper pads (16) and 3 log books (14).
