I’m not exactly sure how to start this income report. If you’ve already read my Amazon Merch and my KDP income reports for May, then you’ll know what I’ve been up to for the past month. If you haven’t read them, then go read them now. Alright, let’s just get right into it. Here’s my May 2025 Etsy Store Income Report.
May 2025 Income Report
I am getting very frustrated with Etsy. I’m adding new products to my store every day but my views and income keep going down instead of up. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m not the only one experiencing this. There are a lot of people complaining on Facebook and Reddit. In May, I had a drop in both views and earnings. I had 301 views, 6 orders, a conversion rate of a measly 2% and $37.66 in revenue.

I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. I also added a lot of new listings in May which costs money. The listing fees for April were $14.64 and their marketing fee was $1.80.

Total Etsy Income for May 2025: $21.22
Previous Month’s Earnings
April: $34.45
March: $22.08
February: $49.88
What Did I Do In May?
I got a ton of new products listed in my store in May. I spent just about every day adding new listings. I added 33 new products in May and another 42 new products just in the first week of June. That’s a total of 75 new products, yet I haven’t seen an increase in views nor orders. I don’t know what’s going on.
Goals for June 2025
- List the 8 guides/planners for sale that I’ve already made related to my store’s niche.
- Create 4 new products.
I have 8 guides or planners that are related to my store’s niche that I need to list for sale in my store. I still need to make Canva guides to go along with them before I can get them listed but that should be fairly easy to do. I would also like to get 4 new products created. I have 4 new products left to create before I can create bundles of products that I can sell for more money than individual products. After I get the bundles created and listed in my store, I’m planning on running a promotion to try and get some more traffic to my store. I’ve heard a rumor that stores that run promotions get bumped higher in the search engines. After that, I can take a closer look at my keywords and see if there are any ways to improve them because I’m clearly doing something wrong seeing that my views are going down and not up. But, for now, these two goals are a good start and are manageable for June.
