July 2025 – Amazon Merch On Demand Income Report

July was quite a busy month for me. I spent 3 weeks on an amazing cruise to Alaska and when I came back, I just had no energy for working on my businesses. You know how when you are on vacation, you think of all this amazing stuff you are going to get done when you get home but then when you do get home, you can’t stop thinking about how fun your vacation was and how you just don’t want to do any of that stuff you were going to get done. Yep, that was me. I really want to get ready for Q4 but I’m just not motivated to do it.

I’m so unmotivated that I started sweepstaking again after giving it up 2 years ago. What’s sweepstaking? It’s a fun hobby where you spend hours entering sweepstakes online hoping to win some cool stuff. I already won a $200 prize pack from an alcohol brand and a $150 gift card from an Amazon sweep plus a bunch of little stuff. I could be making way more money if I spent that time publishing books, designing t-shirts or listing on Etsy instead of entering sweepstakes. I think I’m going to make 3 goals relating to my businesses each morning and I’ll only allow myself to enter sweepstakes after I get those 3 goals done. I’m hoping that will keep me on track and prioritize my business instead of spending too much time on my hobby. We’ll see if it works. I’ll stop rambling now and get into the July 2025 Amazon Merch on Demand Income Report.

July 2025 Income Report

In July 2025, I made $71.61 with 17 sales and 2 returns. I have 500 designs uploaded to 5,822 products – down from 7,094 products last month. I sold 11 unique designs across 3 products in July – 14 standard t-shirts, 1 throw pillow and 2 pop socket. The 2 returns were standard t-shirts. I only sold to the United States in July.

July 2025 Merch Income

For advertising in July, I spent $14.83, made 4 sales and had an ACOS of 17.66%. I turned off all of the single product campaigns and only left the lottery campaign going. I spent half as much on advertising in July than June yet I had close to the same number of sales. I don’t think I’m going to change anything with the advertising right now as I’m pretty happy with the ACOS and ad spend for July.

July 2025 Merch Advertising

Total Merch on Demand Income for July 2025: $56.78

Previous Month’s Earnings

June 2025: $27.73
May 2025: $16.84
April 2025: $22.87
March 2025: $38.30

I’m extremely happy with July’s numbers. I think it’s the highest month I’ve had since December. I’m hoping August is even better and I can go into Q4 strong (really hoping to get tiered up by then but that’s a long shot).

What Did I Do In July?

Nothing. I turned off all of my single product ad campaigns at the beginning of the month. Other than that, I did diddly squat.

Goals for August 2025

  • Create a t-shirt design based on one of the marketing puns I came up with a few months ago.

Yeah, this goal is the same as the goal I made for July. I can’t really do much with Merch until I get tiered up to T1000. Who knows how long that will take. I really should be preparing for the tier up by creating some shirt designs so I have something ready to upload when the slots open up. I’m pretty sure I can at least get this one goal done in August. I have nothing planned for the month so I have plenty of time to get things done.
