December 2025 – Etsy Store Income Report

I’m a little behind on my reports. I was hoping to get the yearly reports published this week but I’ve been really busy. This is the last of the monthly income reports for 2025. It’s a very disappointing report and, hopefully, I can figure out why in the yearly report. For now, here is my December 2025 Etsy Store Income Report.

December 2025 Etsy Income Report

December was one of the worst month I’ve ever had on Etsy. In December, I had 273 views, 1 orders, a horribly meager conversion rate of just 0.4% and $5.20 in revenue.

I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. My listing fees for November were $6.57 and my advertising fees were $0.

Total Etsy Income for December 2025: $-1.37

Previous Month’s Earnings

November: $8.51
October: $29.42
September: $17.29
August: $45.47

This is super depressing and discouraging. I thought it was the time of the year but last year and the year before, I made over $30 in December. I have 3 times as many listings as 2024, yet I made around $35 back then. While it’s tempting to just shut my store down for good, I’m going to see if there is something I can do to revive it. I’m not going down without a fight. I might need to put my products on sale as they might be priced too high or maybe I need to change the keywords or thumbnails. I’m going to do a thorough audit and include it as part of my yearly report. There’s got to be something wrong with my store that I’m just not seeing.

Goals for January 2026

  • Complete an audit and publish it in my yearly report.

My goal for January is to do an audit. I’m going to analyze traffic, keywords, competition, price, thumbnails, Google search results, Etsy search results and more. I’m also going to check out some Etsy forums and see if other people are going through the same thing. There has to be something going on. Then I’m going to make a plan for 2026. I’m also going to make an exit strategy. I don’t want to keep my store if I’m going to be in the red every month. The exit strategy will help me figure out when it’s time to quit and the plan on whether I’m shutting down the store completely or if I’m going to pivot into a different niche.

So there’s my disappointing December Etsy Store Income Report. I hope you all have a great January. I’ll be posting my yearly reports soon so keep an eye out.
