I have mixed feelings about Amazon Merch On Demand for 2025. It was a year of a lot of changes. Amazon changed the way creators can get tiered up. Now creators have to sell at least 80% of their designs before they will get tiered up. At least that’s the rumor and it appears to be true. I am nowhere near 80% of my designs sold. October 2025 Income Report Sales started to get back to normal in October. As I mentioned in the last income report, I had changed all the titles to the AI suggested titles at the end of August. The sales tanked after that so I changed them back at the end of September. I think this helped get the numbers back to normal. In October, I had 316 views, 8 orders, a conversion rate of 2.5% and $50.01 in revenue. I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. I sold 4 unique designs across 1 product in October – 6 standard t-shirts. I only sold to the United States in September. For advertising in October, I spent $11.26, made 2 sales and had an ACOS of 26.82%. I am not happy about that ACOS. It’s way too high!
