I’m kind of dreading the August Etsy Store Income Report because my Etsy sales seem to have stalled. Maybe it’s all in my imagination. We’ll see once I crunch the numbers. I haven’t done much with Etsy in August. I was going to create some new listings but then I got side-tracked with a new AI feature they have. I’ll discuss it later in this report. Here is my August 2025 Etsy Store Income Report.
August 2025 Income Report
Looking at the numbers, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. In August, I had 339 views, 12 orders, a conversion rate of 3.5% and $62.37 in revenue. Traffic was way down in August, but the conversion rate was way up. I ended up making the same amount of sales in August as I did in July and was slightly down in revenue.
I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. My listing fees for August were $15.10 and my advertising fees were $1.80.

I’m okay with these numbers especially since I didn’t touch my Etsy store in August aside from listing two items which I completed before I even wrote July’s Income Report. The income is down from June and July but still better than May and April. August is also known as one of the slowest months of the years in terms of sales so I’m not surprised that sales are down.
What Did I Do In August?
I didn’t do much in August. At the very beginning of the month I listed two products and one of them sold right away so yay! At the very end of the month, I decided that I better get some more things listed but when I logged into my Etsy account, I got sidetracked by an AI feature that helps you find keywords for your titles. I ended up going through all 149 listings and cleaning up the titles and adding the new keywords. Hopefully that will bring in a few more sales, however, I didn’t get any of my August goals done.
Goals for September 2025
- List the 4 guides/planners for sale that I’ve already made related to my store’s niche.
- Create social media templates for a particular business to sell in my shop.
My goals for September are the exact same as my goals were for August. I still want to get the last 4 guides/planners listed for sale in my store and I really need to get the social media templates done. I’ve been procrastinating on them for months. I was hoping to have product bundles/sales ready to go for Q4 but I don’t think that’s going to happen. I have too much to do. Maybe by the end of the year I can have them listed for sale, just in time for the new year’s resolution people (my niche is in sort of a self-help area).
