I’m currently on vacation in Florida and I am going to hop on a cruise tomorrow so I thought I should finish up my April income reports before I’m without the internet for the next 7 days. Here is my April Amazon Merch on Demand Income Report.
April 2025 Income Report
In April 2025, I made $61.17 with 13 sales and 2 returns for a total of 11 sales. I have 500 designs uploaded to 7,655 products. I sold 8 unique designs across only just 1 product in April – all standard t-shirts. The returns were also standard t-shirts. I also only sold to the United States in April.
When it comes to advertising in April, I spent $29.81, made 6 sales and had an ACOS of 23.67%. I think these numbers are OK although I hate that more than half my earnings are spent on advertising. I wish the ACOS was more like 10%. In April, I had 6 different campaigns going – 5 individual product campaigns and 1 lottery campaign. I have turned off the individual product campaigns for now and only have the lottery campaign going. Once I get some new designs uploaded, I can start advertising them individually. I would like to advertise one product for each new design (most likely the standard t-shirt) and try to get at least 5 sales on that particular product before turning off the ads to that product. I’m hoping this gives my new designs a boost so they will start selling organically. My ACOS may take a hit once I start doing this as new ads take a while to get optimized for the right keywords and target audience.

My earnings each month is going in the wrong direction. I’m really hoping that these new changes that Amazon is implementing will help increase my sales. I’m hoping that the junk will be cleared out so people can find my designs easier. I also think uploading new designs to replace the non-selling designs will also help increase my sales and earnings.
What Did I Do In April?
Nothing. I was too busy moving to a new house to work on Merch. I plan to hit it hard after I get back from vacation.
Goals for May 2025
- Create & upload 50 new designs.
- Create Instagram mockups for the 50 new designs.
- Create an Instagram account and post 25 of the mockups right away.
- Post 1 mockup a day to my Instagram account.
- Comment on 25 Instagram posts a day.
- Follow 5 Instagram accounts a day & like/comment on 5 of their posts.
- Create advertising campaigns for 5 of the new products. When each of these 5 products sell 5x, replace them with 5 new products.
- Start a new lottery campaign for the 50 new designs.
I decided to create a lot of goals this month because I really want to get out of T500 as soon as possible. I’m tired of being stuck when it comes to Merch. I see posts on social media about people in T32k and above bragging about $100k in yearly income from MOD and I’m jealous. While I don’t think I’ll ever get to that level on Merch, I would love to make a few thousand dollars a month. I’m definitely not doing enough to get there. I should easily be able complete these goals and they should boost my sales, especially if I keep up the work every month. 50-100-150-200-250 and before I know it, I’ll have 500 designs that sell regularly and I’ll be able to get tiered up.
