December 2025 – Amazon Merch On Demand Income Report

Happy New Year dear readers! I hope you all had a good holiday season. It’s now January and time to get back to work. I didn’t do any work on any of my businesses in December. It was a very hectic month. I was on vacation until mid-December and then I rushed to decorate the house, bake cookies, buy and wrap presents and watch all the must-see Christmas movies (I still ended up missing a bunch I would normally watch). I spent the weekend before Christmas with my brother, SIL and nephew, Christmas eve with my parents and Christmas day with my aunt, two uncles, cousin, grandma and parents. I hadn’t seen my cousin or uncle in many years so it was nice to catch up.

I spent the last week of the year binge watching a show called Ted Lasso. I’m going to assume you’ve all heard of it as it’s dominated the award shows the past few years. I can’t believe it took me this long to finally watch it. It was so good! I spent NYE watching the Stranger Things finale (I loved it) and then spent NY day celebrating my birthday and watching the Back to the Future marathon on TV. It’s my favorite movie of all time so not a bad way to spend my birthday. I was going to try to get back to work today but my brain is still in vacation mode so I won’t get back to doing any actual work until Monday. Getting this income report posted is the most work you’ll see from me this week. Here is the last income report of the year.

December 2025 Merch On Demand Income Report

In December 2025, I made $132.51 with 25 sales and 1 return. I have 482 designs uploaded to 2,417 products – down from 2,473 products last month. I sold 15 unique designs across 2 products in December – 24 standard t-shirts and 1 long-sleeve t-shirt. The 1 return was a standard t-shirt. I also made 1 sale in the UK in December for a total of £2.91.

December 2025 Merch Income

For advertising in December, I spent $24.08, made 10 sales and had an ACOS of 11.53%. That is a very decent ACOS, especially for around the holidays! I would be very happy if it stayed under 15% next month.

December 2025 Merch Advertising

Total Merch on Demand Income for December 2025: $111.43

Previous Month’s Earnings

November: $73.53
October: $13.37
September: $45.63
August: $23.96

I’m not sure but I think this is the first month I’ve ever been over $100 in profit. Last December, I made a total of $98.84. I’m extremely happy with my December income this year, especially since I didn’t do any work with MOD in the past year. I also have less designs listed than I did last year.

What Did I Do In December?

I didn’t do a darn thing in December.

Goals for January 2026

  • Create and upload 18 designs based on the marketing plan I came up with two years ago (has it already been 2 years?).

I’m only going to make one goal for January but it’s going to be a difficult one. I would like to take the puns I came up with two years ago as part of my marketing plan, create designs for them and upload them onto merch. It’s been a while since I’ve created anything for MOD, much less uploaded anything. I’m going to be a bit rusty. I might not be able to get all 18 designs created/uploaded but I’ll try my best. I have some yearly goals for MOD that I want to work towards. I’ll talk about them in more detail in my 2025 year in review & 2026 goals report that I will be publishing this weekend. I’ll also try to get my other income reports published soon so keep an eye out. Have a great weekend everyone!
