June 2025 – Etsy Store Income Report

Last, but certainly not least, I present you with my June 2025 Etsy Store Income Report. *Sorry for the short intro but I’m really tired and want to get this posted before I go to bed.*

June 2025 Income Report

I was very surprised by how much I made in June. I had a huge increase in sales and views from May. In June, I had 466 views, 13 orders, a conversion rate of 2.8% and $89.92 in revenue. I wish the conversion rate was a bit higher, but, overall, I’m very happy with these numbers.

I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. My listing fees for June were $23.96 and my advertising fees were $3.60.

What Did I Do In June?

I listed 44 new products for sale in June. I now have a total of 148 products listed in my store.

Goals for July 2025

  • List the 6 guides/planners for sale that I’ve already made related to my store’s niche.
  • Create social media templates for a particular business to sell in my shop.

I only got 2 of the 8 planners listed last month so I really want to get the rest listed this month. If I do 1 new listing per day, I should be able to finish listing all of the planners by the end of the month. I would also like to sell social media templates (Pinterest, Instagram & Facebook) for each of the business categories in my shop. My shop sells business forms and templates for 6 different types of businesses (the businesses are in the same niche so they fit well together). I have 4 types of products left to make for each business and one of those products is a social media template pack. I would like to make social media templates for one of those businesses by the end of July. I already created the Instagram & Pinterest templates but still need to make the Facebook templates. Once I get the templates made for one business, it should be easy to change them for each of the other 5 businesses. Then I’ll just need to come up with display images, a thumbnail and a Canva guide in order to list the social media templates for sale in my store. I hope that all made sense – it’s almost midnight here and I’m really tired. LOL!

I think I’m finally seeing some growth in my Etsy store after adding a bunch of new listings. I’m hoping that this trend continues. I have a few more products to create and list in my store and then I’d like to focus on something a little bit different – downloadable designs that can be used on gifts such as posters, postcards, stickers, etc. These products will still be related to my store’s niche but I want to list some products that will sell well during Q4. Business forms don’t sell that great during the holidays so I’m hoping that these gift type products will help my business grow faster. It’s taken me over a year to get to the $50 a month mark and I need to see faster growth if I’m ever going to get to my goal of $1500 a month. For now, I’m just going to take it one step at a time and complete the goals I made for July.
